At Doctors Explain Digital Health, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality services, courses, and digital health solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which payments may be refunded.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

a. Online Courses & Bootcamps

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course material.
  • No refunds after significant course progress or certificate issuance.

b. Coaching, Mentorship & Consulting Services

  • Refund available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Missed or unattended sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

c. Digital Health Tools & SaaS Subscriptions

  • Free trials (if offered) must be used to evaluate the service.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges.

d. Telemedicine Services

  • Refunds are available only if the service was not delivered (e.g., if a consultation could not take place due to system or scheduling failure).
  • No refunds for completed consultations.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable digital products (eBooks, templates, toolkits).
  • Donations, sponsorships, or contributions.
  • Completed services already delivered.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@doctorsexplain.net with proof of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Policy Updates

Doctors Explain Digital Health Co. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
